These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of InsightsMastery Academy’s website and learning platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using InsightsMastery Academy (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Course enrollment and payment
Course access is granted only after successful payment through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change course pricing for future enrollments at any time.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of enrollment and before completing more than 20% of the course content. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Fees paid for live mentorship sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
5. Course content and intellectual property
All course materials, videos, assignments, and downloadable resources are the intellectual property of InsightsMastery Academy or its licensors. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of course materials is prohibited.
6. Code of conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, sharing login credentials, submitting plagiarized work, or engaging in abusive behavior toward mentors or other students. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting the course's stated completion criteria (e.g. module completion, project submission, minimum assessment scores). Certificates do not constitute a professional license or guarantee of employment outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightsMastery Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to career or employment outcomes.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
